Class Descriptions

--Functional Fitness--

A low-impact class designed to provide strength, flexibility, and mild cardiovascular training to our health conscious seniors and those with special health concerns.

--Body Basics--

Stop talking about getting in shape and start here! Body Basics provides a combination of toning, sculpting, no-impact cardio, and core exercises for a total-body workout. This class is specifically designed for beginners, but easily accommodates all levels by offering variations to increase (or lower) intensity. Come & learn how to use stability balls, resistance bands, free weights, benches and other equipment in a workout that targets all major muscle groups. Warm-up & stretching are included in every class.

--Step Interval--

A high-energy class medium impact using the step and other equipment for a well rounded workout.  A variety of exercise equipment is used to strengthen and tone muscles including the step, fitness balls, dyna-bands and free weights.

--Tone & Sculpt--

A low-impact class designed to tone & sculpt your body, zoning in on trouble spots, through a variety of exercises using many muscle groups and different types of equipment.

--Cardio & More--

A moderate-impact class that mixes strength training and aerobic cardio intervals for a fun workout.  Includes a combination of toning and sculpting for your whole body and abdominal work. You'll burn calories and tighten muscles during this challenging cardio combination class.

--Cardio Cross-Training--

Traditional cross-training exercise techniques to provide strength training, cardiovascular fitness, and overall toning.  (Saturday classes with alternating instructors)

--Body Blast--

A high-intensity class combining cardio moves and strength training.  Zoning in on those trouble spots through a variety of exercises using many muscle groups and different types of equipment.

--Body Chisel--

An intense barbell class that strengthens your entire body.  This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts, and Curls.  Great music, awesome instructors, and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for -- and fast!


A non-impact method focused on developing core strength, flexibility, and torso stability.  Strengthen the core muscles (the deep, internal muscles of the abdomen and back), build and maintain lean muscle mass, and realign posture utilizing slow, intentional, challenging movements.  All exercises are developed with modifications that can make Pilates safe and suitable for any level.


Challenge yourself with an hour of J60XT!  This intense class combines Tabata cardio intervals, combination strength moves, and ab work for an hour of challenging and high-impact exercise.  This class is a bit different from our other classes - it will push you out of your comfort zone.  This is a great conditioning class for total body strength.
